At present, Made-in-China enterprises are at a critical stage of iterative upgrading from "product export" to "enterprise export" and "production capacity export". Enterprises need not only solid product strength, but also a matched global brand digital asset system and cross-cultural communication capabilities. Guangxi Normal University boasts profound accumulation and unique strengths in international Chinese language education and new liberal arts talent training, making it an indispensable strategic partner for the enterprise to expand its global service ecosystem. The jointly built Industry-University-Research Base will deeply couple Sure GEO’s technological capabilities with the disciplinary and talent advantages of Guangxi Normal University. Full-link Empowerment by XOOER GEO: Forging a New Paradigm of Industry-University-Research Integration
The core value of this university-enterprise cooperation lies in adopting XOOER GEO two-way cross-border service capability as the technical foundation, deeply integrating Guangxi Normal University’s strengths in Chinese language and culture and new liberal arts talents with digital technologies and global operation systems, and building a complete closed-loop ecosystem of "talent training – knowledge production – industrial application". It addresses the industry pain point of disconnect between practical capabilities of new liberal arts students and industrial demands, and provides a dual support system of "technology + culture" for Chinese enterprises going global.
In terms of talent training, the Base will focus on undergraduate and postgraduate students to build an integrated training system of "theoretical learning + project practice + employment matching". Relying on real global service scenarios of XOOER GEO, students from Guangxi Normal University will participate in frontline corporate projects during their studies, systematically mastering cutting-edge digital skills including enterprise knowledge base sorting, knowledge graph construction, brand digital asset development, corporate GEO website reconstruction, XOOBAY SaaS site operation, AI agent deployment, authoritative media release, AIGC layout for global mainstream social media matrix, omnichannel continuous monitoring, strategy optimization and ROI attribution. This training model breaks the boundaries of traditional liberal arts talent training, organically integrating the humanistic literacy foundation of new liberal arts with core capabilities of the digital era. Students can acquire international digital service capabilities before graduation, greatly enhancing their employability and career development prospects. Meanwhile, the Base will provide high-potential students with green channels for internships and full-time employment, effectively connecting campus learning with workplace practice.
In terms of teaching research and knowledge asset development, both parties will take the digitalization of international Chinese language education as the entry point to jointly explore new forms of Chinese teaching empowered by digital technology. The knowledge graph technology of XOOER GEO will be extensively applied to structure Chinese teaching resources, transforming fragmented knowledge of Chinese language and culture as well as country-specific cultural knowledge of RCEP regions into systematic, retrievable and iterable digital knowledge assets. These assets can support intelligent and personalized Chinese teaching scenarios, and also serve as a multilingual and cross-cultural knowledge foundation for enterprises’ global expansion. By jointly building a digital teaching resource library, developing industrial practical teaching cases and jointly tackling research projects, the Base will drive the transformation of teaching modes within the College of Liberal Arts / School of International Chinese Language Education from traditional knowledge transmission to comprehensive competency cultivation, elevate the digital standard and international vision of disciplinary construction, and inject new connotations into the "Chinese + RCEP" program.
From the perspective of industrial services, the Base will serve as an important service pivot for the global upgrading of Made-in-China enterprises, supporting Chinese enterprises to achieve three-level leap from product export to enterprise export and then production capacity export. Leveraging XOOER GEO’s full-link global service capability combined with Guangxi Normal University’s professional strengths in language and culture, the Base will provide enterprises going global with services covering the full lifecycle of brand digital assets: reconstructing corporate GEO official websites and XOOBAY SaaS sites to build global digital official portals; launching releases on global authoritative media and deploying global mainstream social media matrix to construct a multi-dimensional global corporate communication system; utilizing large language model content optimization technology to secure top placements on answer pages of mainstream global large models, seizing core brand traffic entry in the AI era. Different from traditional overseas services, this service system incorporates in-depth understanding of RCEP regional cultures and cross-cultural communication capabilities, helping Chinese brands truly take root in overseas markets and realize the fundamental shift from "selling products" to "building brands", and ultimately underpinning the long-term strategy of production capacity export.

Win-Win Collaboration Opens New Track: University-Local Coordination to Serve National Strategy
The launch of the "Chinese + RCEP" Industry-University-Research Integration Base carries multiple values and far-reaching implications for disciplinary development of Guangxi Normal University, business layout of Hong Kong Digital City Meta Technology, as well as regional economy and national strategy advancement.
For Guangxi Normal University, the Base is an important practical achievement of new liberal arts construction and industry-education integration. On one hand, by introducing cutting-edge technologies and real industrial scenarios from multinational enterprises, the college can dynamically adjust talent training programs to align majors precisely with industrial needs, effectively solving the common disconnect between liberal arts talent training and market demand, and comprehensively improving talent training quality and social service capacity. On the other hand, in-depth cooperation with enterprises brings new ideas for the college’s international development, extending international Chinese language education from simple language teaching to industrial services, greatly expanding the application boundary and development space of the discipline, lifting the brand influence and core competitiveness of the "Chinese + RCEP" program, and offering a replicable and promotable practical sample for the new liberal arts transformation of universities nationwide.
For Hong Kong Digital City Meta Technology, in-depth collaboration with universities builds a solid talent and knowledge moat for the enterprise. Chinese language and cultural professionals from Guangxi Normal University will inject cultural connotation into the enterprise’s global services, making up for the weaknesses of pure tech enterprises in cross-cultural communication and regional cultural understanding, and significantly improving the professional depth and local adaptability of XOOER GEO services. Meanwhile, the Industry-University-Research Base will act as the enterprise’s talent reserve pool and technology innovation test field, continuously supplying compound professionals to support rapid business expansion and sustained technological iteration.
From a broader strategic perspective, the construction of the Base precisely meets multiple national development needs. Against the backdrop of the full entry-into-force of RCEP, economic and trade cooperation together with people-to-people exchanges in the region are growing increasingly close. Demand for compound talents who master both Chinese and digital technologies, understand Chinese culture and are familiar with national conditions of RCEP regions keeps rising. The international new liberal arts talents cultivated by the Base will serve as a vital bond for people-to-people exchanges and economic and trade cooperation within RCEP. In addition, the Base’s capability to help Made-in-China brands go global responds to the national "Going Global" strategy and manufacturing power strategy, providing strong micro support for Chinese enterprises to lift global competitiveness and foster a new development pattern.
Deepen Cooperation to Draw Blueprint and Explore More Collaborative Potentials
During the forum after the signing ceremony, both the university and enterprise stated that the signing of the Base marks merely the starting point of in-depth cooperation. Moving forward, taking the Base as the core platform, both sides will gradually broaden and deepen cooperation: in talent training, jointly develop featured industrial courses, build high-level practical teaching bases and carry out order-based talent training; in research cooperation, jointly apply for research projects and build research platforms focusing on digital Chinese education, cross-cultural communication, RCEP regional country studies and other fields; in industrial services, jointly establish an enterprise global expansion service center facing the RCEP region to provide one-stop global branding services for manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi and even the whole country. Besides, both parties will explore potential cooperation in cultural exchange, brand competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship to realize resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual benefits.
From classroom to industry, from campus to the globe, this partnership between Guangxi Normal University and Hong Kong Digital City Meta Technology represents a positive exploration of cross-border integration between new liberal arts education and digital economy industry in the digital age. With the gradual construction and implementation of the "Chinese + RCEP" Industry-University-Research Integration Base, a new ecosystem featuring two-way empowerment between education and industry, and deep integration of culture and technology is taking shape at an accelerated pace. In the future, the Base will continuously leverage university-enterprise collaborative strengths, cultivate more high-quality compound international talents, help more Chinese brands enter the global market, and contribute further to serving the national strategy of cultural globalization and building a manufacturing power.
