In October 2026, XOOER, a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) service provider, launched its China site, www.xooer.cn, and completed its ICP filing with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Hu ICP Bei 2026051058-1). The site, branded “Shuer GEO” (数尔GEO), is operated by Shanghai Gaopai Information Technology Co., Ltd., XOOER’s wholly owned subsidiary in mainland China.
